Surprise! It's Josée, your new neighbor. I thought I'd drop by and introduce myself before I head out for drinking, karaoke and chain-smoking. Yes, I'm a smoker - you can tell by the way I'm filling your condo with thick smoke. (My place is always like this - maybe you'll get used to it, lol.)
